BuilderStorm creates a clear audit trail showing who raised an RFI, who it’s been distributed to and who needs to answer it, with optional attachments. All information submitted is stored within the BuilderStorm platform and can never be tampered with or removed.
RFIs can be sent to an email address or a user on the system. Users can then reply via email, these are then added to BuilderStorm automatically. Allowing the RFI interface to operate without everybody needing to be on the system.

All of your RFIs can be exported to a PDF/CSV as a detailed or summarised report. This is great for sharing your RFIs with other members of the project, who may not have direct access to the system.
